I downloaded the manual as a PDF for nothing from one of the Knitting Forums. Try a Google search for the machine manual by name, It may have been on www.needlesof steel. I think it was a US website.

Undy Yarncrafts have manuals for older machines - they would be a good place to start.
Also they sometimes are available on eBay.
