Water comes out of the detergent tray at the same point of every wash.
Is this a common fault?
If so how can i fix it?

turn power off, make sure water drained finnished cycle, take back cover off at bottom. you will see a rubber sock / boot with a jubilee clip on to bottom of drum, undo, will have a cone shape piece of plactic with a golf ball in it. it might be full of coins, baby socks etc, so water can't get out as quick so it blows it out of draw. i check mine every 6 months now,
