How can I fix my Blanco mixer taps? ?

I have a kitchen Blanco mixer tap which , when turned on , the water gushes out too fast and too powerful. It does not matter how slowly you turn the taps on. We have had the dealer replace the inards but after a short time still the same problem. Is there anyone out there with the same problem ? Thanks.
