Cannot get to light bulb ?

We have taken off glass cover in our Neff Microwave Combination Oven H5972N0 ,but a metal grid prvents us from taking out the bulb

I believe the way they make all microwave ovens requires that the outer cover (external shell) is removed to access the light - it's a safety thing.

Very high voltages and dangerous radiation lurk inside the case - take great care.
