I have a problem of the sidelights and instrument backlighting not working, but fuses 6 & 7 are OK, and all bulbs are OK.

I don't have 12v at the fuses 6 & 7 when the switch is on. The dipped lights work but not side lights.

If the lights switch passes the current directly to the fuse (seen this stated on another posting) and the headlights function correctly off the switch can just the sidelight part of the switch fail?
