How can I fix my Ford focus central locking?

Ihave relaced fuse 63 in rear of central fuse box,reset system with ignition key.Now 3 passenger doors and boot lock and unlock on fob but drivers door still does not operate,any suggestions.

check the wiring loom between door and door pillar,constant flexing with door opening/closing sometimes causes problems/breaks
