this has been gifted to me without manual. iput it on charging but handset is not working, the battery showing 2.74v instead of 3.6v. it is answering & recording calls but since handset not working it cannot be used. pl advise how it can be set right . TKS & REGARDS-----skmehrotra111@gmail.com
You need to replace the battery before it will work.

try resetting the phone by unplugging the power, line and battery for five minutes.
reinsert the battery 1st, then connect phone line, then last the power cord.
