what is wrong with my freezer?

i have a matsui fridge freezer when you open the freezer there is a lot of ice like snow forming at the top of the freezer we think it is the seal how will i find out what is wrong

hi, try defrosting your freezer, even if it says frost free, also, run ur finger along seal 4 any breaks, is the seal still sucking ?
