Can any one tell where i can get a repair manual for HARRY (3.5 hp,2.6 kw,Quantum power) Lawn Mover,petrol. There's sparK in the plugs.smells petrol when try to start.

No manual exists for the mower per se, BUT repair manuals for all B&S engines from 1910 onwards are available to purchase (from Briggs & Stratton if you can't find them anywhere else). Available on CD from sellers on ebay for pennies.
