The control know that turns the heating to min. or max, just spins round and only stays on low. You pull it out of its socket with ease, how do I fix, if I get a new knob? thank you

If the stem has broken into the pcb, you may have to (turn of the electric), gently ease the pcb from its mounting to push the broken stem out. Push the new knob through the fascia, ensuring you line up the indent in the new stem with the potentiometer in the (relocated) pcb.
