very long cycles on LG washer?

I have an LG WM2688HWM, about 2 years old. The cycles are suddenly taking much longer. Instead of 40 minutes for a delicate wash, it is running 70 minutes. It seems to get stuck in certain cycles, like it was stuck at 18 minutes for a long time. What can I do?
