I need to replace a damaged padle in a hoover nextra 2137s ato washing machine. how do I get into it and what do I take apart to do this

this is a drum out job as the retaining screws are fitted from the back,but if you are extremely handy drill a very small hole (s) through the paddle and stainless steel drum and fix the paddle in place with some short stainless screws . these need to be quite short so as not to rub off the outer tub or the heater element. the problem is caused in the first place by the user not emptying pockets
