Technics PR602 replacing the disc drive with hard drive?

"i have a Technics PR602 piano with a floppy disc drive. Is it possible to replace it with a modern storage device. Ie a small hard drive or memory stick?

Why not replace the floppy drive with a USB adapter. I believe that this emulates up to 100 floppy drives. I plan to replace the floppy drive on my PR602 later this week
