how can I set my teka HA830 oven clock?

my teka ha830 oven clock can't be set due to a power cut during the night.therefor i can't use my oven!! I would like
to know how to set it again

Mines the same. Display flashes and wont set. Instructions say press up/down buttons to set time then press ok (centre button) but nothing works.
