u.p.v.c. window.hard to close?
when i open window its o.k. but when closing it seams tocatch at top .at the both ends of the top there is a pointed rises that seam to fit up into the frame when closed .also i,ve noticed four marks along the bottom. this is the only way i can describe it .WHICH RUB THE FRAME WHEN CLOSING.
