The machine has stopped working. It fills up with water but the programme just keeps clicking and the drum is not turning. the belt is not broken. If you spin the belt pulley the motor does not start. Our old machine if you spun it it would start up so replaced brushes then its was ok. Is there a way of testing the programmer?
