grinding brakes?

Hi, the brakes on my hyundai were grinding when pressing brake pedal so i had new brakes fitted,3 days later brakes still grinding not all the time but more often than not,any ideas please.thanks mark.

perhaps the front brakes were changed and the rears have now worn?

have pads been fitted correct way round? or may be small stone/chipping or other foreign matter trapped around disc/disc shield/calliper.
