How do we set the clock on a belling cooker?

How do we set the clock & cancel the auto function on my mother in laws belling format cooker, the cooker won't work until the auto function is cancelled!!

Cycle power off and on again so the clock flashes

Depress & hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left

Use plus & minus buttons to set the time

Any time will do the cooker will not care

At least - this is how it works on my cooker
