Accentra 6 external sounder?

My external sounder is going off and I'm unable to stop it. There are no alarms on the keypad? Any ideas?

Sorry to butt in, but could someone tell me who makes this Accentra control panel, I've got an Accenta control panel, I was wondering if it's any better than mine?

I've seen that name here so many times now I was wondering whether to look into having a change.
