Handle pushes too far up and now won't lock?

Double Glazed door, about 6 years old.
Multi point lock
Normally lift handle, then turn lock with key.
Now the handle almost goes vertical and the lock will not turn

Try it with door open & work it out from there, might be out of line with keeps on frame.
