can i fix this problemmyself?

theres a clicking sound coming from my 1.4 tdci ford fiesta 2005. is it a injector seal?my friend thinks it is

it could be injector washers/seals blowing,if it is they will need replacing. bit awkward to change, but if you are going to attempt it then get a haynes manual first. also make sure each injector goes back in same cylinder that it came from, dont clean injector tips or put them down tip 1st and be very careful when removing them as they are easily damaged .i found best way to remove them was to soak in wd 40 over night and then place a spanner on flats where clamp fits and turn slightly back and forth whilst prying spanner up with a screwdriver. hope this helps
