No hot water in my Baxi Bahama boiler?

I have an unreliable 4-5 yr old Baxi Bahama boiler - its always set on the heating and hot water mode (although heating has been off for a while) and this weekend the pilot light cut out and whilst I managed to reset it I've noticed the pressure gauge is on Zero and when you run the hot taps in the house the water isn't heating up. I had the same problem last August and Baxi charged £225 to come out and they want the same money again. If anyone knows how to fix it would be most grateful as I don't want to fork out again if I can help it.
