My built in Neff Double Oven U1564 has stopped heating up - the main oven is fine but the small top oven is not heating, whether I try fan, conventional, top or bottom heating setting. I don't think it is the fan oven element as the grill is not heating . It is of course just out of guarantee! Any help appreciated

Apparently it is the temperature limiting switch which has failed but I had to get a NEFF engineer out
