hi can you help me please i have a old hayter 19"harrier 2 lown mower and it wont start i have done the following .changed the spark plug and draned the fuel (added new ) replaced the air fillter .no sign of starting the fuel is getting to the spark plug but the spark seams week ?
any thoughts
