opal triton shower leak/low pressure?

Hi,
All of a sudden, my TRITON OPAL shower has started pouring (cold) water out of a small plastic pipe behind the main shower cable whilst on, and the hot is just a dribble coming out of the head...you can shower with a finger over the pipe, but kind of takes all the pleasure out of it!
Any ideas?
