resetting from fault with mains?

The eurosec pr5208 Rev 1.0 panel is showing that there has been a mains fault- check. There is nothing wrong with the mains but I need to reset. I do not know the previous users code. I have tried engineer code 1234 and 5678. Anybody got any suggestions, answers ?

Hi. A little help please.
I'm an electrician. Just bought a house with a eurosec pr5208 rev1.0 alarm fitted. Unfortunately the master code was not passed on. It displays > continously. I've tried the 1234 and 5678 but nojoy. II've tried dropping mains off, disconnecting battery etc.. but it still says 《unset》on the panel. Does anyone know how to do a full reset so I can reprogramme from beginning?. Thanks in anticipation. Steve

if your panel has said there has been a mains failure, there as been one,as is monitors the mains feed,if you dont have the pin number then you will not be able to reset it

sorry km,we get asked all types of questions on here, acorn, alarm guy, nick i myself do our best to help.people never say please, never say thank you, treat us like muck,we have between us over a hundred years of experience in the alarm trade,so,when some asks a question the way you put it,then it gets on our nerves, that is why you not get a response,as my late dad use to say manners costs nothing,we do not wish to appear rude, but as we give up our time freely to help,at least the public should say please.
