edc codes on iveco tector?

i have an iveco tector on a 02 the edc code light flashes 6 long 3 short also drains brand new batteries in under a week any ideas

if my memory is correct 6-3 means no fault. As far as draining batteries do you have a voltage dropper fitted for the radio.. If so with the ignition switched of listen to it for a buzzing or high pitched noise as this could be your current drain
