how do i fix this? whirlpool aquasteam 6th sense 9769b?

My washer stop with one minute left to go and now won't start again or let me open the door. I have tried reset/drain but it still won't work

This happened to ours. I switched it off and gave the door a bang and it opened. Took the clothes out then did a reset drain. I think the lock on the door just gets jammed.
