what is wrong with my F&P smart drive 601?

I have recently replaced the bearings and seal on my 601. I have reassembled the machine correctly (I think). It fills and drains ok but will not spin. The motor 'kicks' back and forth but will not go into full spin. The only thing extra I did was put some loctite on the bearing inner faces to secure them to the shaft. I have bypassed the 'out of balance' switch in case it was faulty but no change.

Can you turn the bowl by hand freely, if so then the loctite shouldn't be the problem. Does it come up with any error code after trying to spin? You may have to leave it trying for a minute or two before it goes in to error code. The kicking back & forward is what they call the bowl check. Control module is making sure the inner bowl is engaged on the spline and also checking motor position with the RPS. Have you put the three wires back on the stator of the motor in the correct order. Red-Blue-Yellow from left to right. Is the RPS in correct position on stator & harness plugged in to it properly.
