Alarm has been disarmed and displaying unset and won't work,?

I've been away on hols and come bk to find my alarm has been going off, so neighbours have got someone out to disarm it , and it's displaying unset can anyone help and advise what to do

Ask your neighbour what happened.
Check the report sheet if there was one.
Go into the logs in the panel, that will tell you what happened.
