Can anyone help!

How do I unblock my turboflush system ? the water level is pritty high and won't drain away, every so offten i hear a vibration noise coming from it, which i think it's trying to reset it's self because of this the unit becomes very warm!. do i need to call an engineer or can i do it myself? anyone got a number for a registered engineer in Scotland?
