EDC E3 Iveco stralis 430?

I have Iveco stralis 430, I have the problem with warning light EDC E3,I can`t start the engine fast, I have to keep the key longer in position MAR1, and after couple tames trying engine starting up. Can anyone tell me what this error means?

its a flywheel sensor, positioned at the left and right of bell housing, use Allen key to open the sensor bracket.
