Zanussi Jetsystem 1200- blocked 'jetstream' pipe?

Have tried descalers but though machine looks good and runs well the top jet feeder pipe only dribbles in. Any suggestions

hi this machine has two pumps one to empty and one to pump the jet stream this second pump could be blocked call an engineer just getting the machine apart is a complicated job
