Beko WM5140w not filling up?

Hi My Beko WM5140w washing machine is all plumbed in lights up appropriately , but then nothing it does not start to fill up!
Any ideas?

can you hear a buzzing at the back?.inlet hose kinked, water turned off ( don't assume because the tap top turns the valve underneath does!),inlet valve faulty/open circuit
