I am new to the country and have a Neff fan assisted oven. I don't have any instructions and I don't know where to find the model number.I can't make it heat up. I can get the fan on and once managed to randomly push buttons so that some heat came on but it never went over 100 degrees centigrade. Is there an instruction manual somewhere online or can someone tell me what to do? On the left side are four buttons and on the right is the knob with oven degrees and another knob that is apparently the fan control, also marked in degrees. I really need help here. i had the same problem i noticed the fan was not spinning i gave it a small push with a screwdriver that got it moving is your fan spinning ?

sounds like the heating element requires replacing, if you find the model no you can buy the elements from ebay alot cheaper than the high street
