how can fix my front susspention ball joint?

how do you get the origanal ball joint of the swinging arm of a ford fiesta it has been rivited on.

If the balljoint only is available, then you grind and drill out the rivets...the new joint comes with bolts to replace. Beware...did mine and it took 3hrs...it may be easier as last guy said to replace whole arm.
