OUR FRIDGE SHOWING h on top but freezre is working is it broken??

hi our fridge is showing h on top and freezer showing -24. it did same 2 wk ago,we swiched all fridge off for 12 hr then turn back on and it was working. but is not working 2nd day now only fridge is it broke??
