can i put pir and contact into one zone accenta alarm

On the other hand, in regard to mixing pir's and contacts Assuming we're talking about window contacts and not door entry contacts, then the same principle applies. except you wouldn't have power in a window contact.

Hmm, not sure on this 7 core cable idea. You can put several pir's on the same zone just wire them in series the same way the tamper circuit is done, using 6 core cable; 2 for power (continue to next pir), 2 for tamper (in series), and 2 for the alarm (in series). Not sure wher the 7th core gets used.

you cant nick,its 8 core cable and i was talking about putting more than one pir on a zone.if you do that you must use 7 cores,surely i do need to explain why to you?

yes,no problem you can fit a few sensors on one zone,but if you use pir,s you must use 7 core cable
