how to fix my veritas 8c bmp home alarm system?

in the morning when i come downstairs to reset my alarm i put my reset code but it was not being worked. i try again but didn't work zone 1 light flashing on control pannel and it was not being accept reset code!! can you please help me to fix it free of cost??
