glow worm micron not firing up?

i have drained down the heating system and fitted a new 3 port vavle filled the system back up and now the boiler does not fire up could that have anything to do with the new 3 port vale or is it a falut with the boiler

check call for heat in boiler switch live is on and 240 volt between live and negative and boiler has to be fired up, if not than either lockout or fault in the boiler
