hoover oph 147 want spin?

it will not spin on the spin cycle. when nothink is in it. it spins. but when i put the washin back in it,it turns but not spins..???

most washing machines have an "out of balance sensor" so will not spin if clothes are tangled up in a ball - try again with a different load....
