Thanks for the answer about perhaps needing a new heating element but I really need to know how to start the oven. I have no instructions and I have never used a fan assisted oven before. Perhaps I just am not doing this correctly. Can anyone tell me how to make my Neff oven heat up?

Hi know what you mean! also have NEFF U1552/U1562 oven that will not work. the lower oven ok on grill but lights on oven indicator not working have manul if you need it, can scan
