The knob on my Cannon Cambridge oven was totally stuck.( This happened within hours of previously using it) I tried WD40 and pliers and managed to turn it anticlockwise so the top oven works but I cannot budge it clockwise for the grill. Is this something I can solve myself or do I need an engineer(again)?
