porche cdr-24 protect?

hi i have porche radio cdr-23 it writes protect need the dump for the 24lc16 ic to make it free please.thanks

Usually PROTECT means "that the output amp is faulty".

But in these units (CDR23, CDR24) it is related to the MOST-Bus system. The unit is married to the car via this system. Like "SECURE" message on Nissan ones.

I don't think you will find a free PROTECT-free dump online.

PROTECT normally denotes that the output amp is faulty---- why do you think it is a dump eeprom fault.
