I have an old XLN18 dimplex storage heater which stopped working after my son put a tea towel over it - can I reset it or find a good repair man for it I live in Dundee. The other heater upstairs and is working -occasionally - Sometimes fuse keeps blowing. can you help?
The fuseable link has melted. You need to remove the two control knobs and the top plate of the heater and renew it. Make your son pay for it, then he won't do a stupid thing like that again, simples
