Filling lop is a flexible metal braided pipe, with a valve, and a non-return valve. Might not be below your boiler. look for a metal braid pipe. Some times, not left connected, Officially, should not be left connected. So look for 2 pipe screw fittings, max about 10inches apart. one would be your cold water mains supply pipe, the other would go to the return of your central heating system. If not there, go and get one. fit it, and off you go.
