Why isn't fan in my Neff U1442 oven turning?

I have a Neff U1442 double oven, about 4 years (ish) old and the fan has stopped turning but the element will still glow red and the oven heats up. Obviously we turned it off straight away. Any ideas gratefully received.

if the fan inside the oven doesn't rotate STOP using it or you will overheat the element and it will eventually fail.motor could be seized and needs replacing
