My door is stuck on my Samsung Q12355 any ideas how i can get it open? full load inside has been washed and spun.

the door is operated by the controller,it powers up/down a solenoid to open the door, sometimes this fails or isnt powered up,if this is the case you will have to get it looked at professionally.It could also be that there is some thing jamming the door shut.Also un plug the machine this may allow you to open the door. hope this is of some help
