you may have wrong bulb check you havent a single bulb in a double socet (tail light bulb in a stop & tail bulb socet)

check rear light cluster loom plug/edge connector and bulb holders for poor connections, also check earth point for rear lights ,ensure correct bulbs have been fitted to stop and tail lights,
