Hi, this machine is not taking water in, the pipe is on the tape in on the water flow run but the filter or something else is blocked. How do I remove the top cover panel? I've removed the 2 screws from the back the panel is loose but can't remove it. please help.

2 screws at the back to remove.using the palm of your hand to hit the front edge of the lid so it goes backwards HARD then lifts off.meter across inlet valves should be around 4kohms give or take
